Hangzhou Walsin Lihwa Cable & Wire Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Zhejiang Electric Power Bureau, Walsin Lihwa, and Sumitomo Electric for the production of XLPE cables of 500 kV and below as well as 66 kV and above, with annual capacity of cables and cable accessories converting to 8,000 tons of copper.
